Designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe almost a century ago, the Barcelona chair is a perfect example of Bauhaus design. The upholstery is a luxurious, quilted leather set atop a strong stainless steel frame. With its chic construction and weighty feel, it would fit in perfectly in any lounge setting. If you were hosting a throwback bash, it would work well but still wouldn’t look out of place in a contemporary theme.
